The short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and collects nothing about you in the background. The only personal information it ever handles is what you choose to send - a message or a newsletter address - and each goes exactly one place.
Who runs this site
nataliebunner.com is the professional site of Natalie Bunner, LCSW-BACS - speaker, trainer, and clinical consultant based in Lafayette, Louisiana. It describes her professional services. It is not a therapy practice site: no clinical services are delivered here and no clinical information is collected here. You can reach her at hello@nataliebunner.com.
When you contact Natalie
Whether you write by email or through the contact form, your name, email address, and message go to Natalie's inbox - and nowhere else. They are used to respond to you, and that is all: never sold, never shared, and never added to a mailing list. Contacting Natalie does not subscribe you to anything.
This site isn't built to hold clinical or health information, so please don't include details about a client, student, or patient - or health information about anyone - in a message. Professional context is all Natalie needs: event details, your role, what you're looking for.
The newsletter
The newsletter is opt-in and email-only. The first issue hasn't shipped yet: for now, signing up sends your address to Natalie's inbox, where it is held until the newsletter launches. It is used for the newsletter and for nothing else. You can come off at any time - before launch or after - by emailing hello@nataliebunner.com, and every issue will carry an unsubscribe link. When a newsletter platform is chosen, held addresses move there and this page is updated to name it. Writing to Natalie never signs you up: contacting her and subscribing are separate choices, and only the one you make happens.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics and no advertising trackers - nothing watches you read. One narrow exception: if the site ever comes under attack, the hosting infrastructure may set a strictly-necessary security cookie to tell people from bots. It protects the site and is never used to track you.
One small note lives on your own device: if you close the newsletter invitation, the site records that choice in your browser's local storage so it doesn't keep asking. That note never leaves your browser.
The embedded video
The home page embeds one YouTube video, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. Loading or playing it connects your browser to YouTube and Google, which may collect data under Google's privacy policy. That embed is the only third-party content on the site.
Server logs
Like nearly every website, the infrastructure this site runs on keeps standard server logs - IP address, page requested, time - for security and operations. Natalie doesn't use them to identify or track anyone.
What this site never collects
Clinical or health information. Insurance details. Payment information. Accounts or passwords - there is nothing here to sign into. If any of that ever changes, this page changes first.
