SpeakingNatalie Bunner, LCSW-BACS, CCTP
Natalie Bunner is a licensed clinical social worker/board-approved clinical supervisor and founder of Thrive Therapy, a pediatric mental health practice. As a professional development instructor and international speaker, her work sits at the intersection of mental health, neurodiversity allyship and the power of human connection. She creates and leads training courses that go beyond basic information; they reshape how professionals understand and approach care with the people they serve. Whether she’s supporting educators in effectively engaging neurodivergent students during the most unpredictable parts of the day or guiding mental health professionals toward deeper, more meaningful cultural humility and understanding in diverse settings, Natalie is focused on relational connection with her audience and empowering them to feel better prepared to continue the good work.
Natalie brings authenticity, passion and 15 years of clinical experience as a mental health professional. She connects with people through humor and truth because, at the end of the day, that’s where the power is. Her work is practical yet transformative, equipping professionals with “right now” tools they can use. The goal is that those who attend walk away challenged to think more critically and embrace the humanity of their practice. She believes there is power in community and that is evident in every room she walks in.
